October book.... drum role please....
WATER FOR ELEPHANTS by Sarah Gruen
Head to the library and start reading. I'll make a post for this book on October 20th where you can post your comments and discussion comments or questions. The tentative date for the live Skype chat is Saturday, October 25th (I'll have to work out when the best time for this will be to accommodate everyone).
Thanks for the encouragement and support ladies. Keep sending in your ideas for books and I'll hopefully have at least a 6 month list coming out in November. Looking forward to reading, chatting and sharing with you all.

Ok so what do you guys have me reading!?! It better not make me cry. But I think it will be good b/c its nothing I would ever think about reading.
Yeah for us! Reading something out of our normal genre!
I am intrigued by the book's title. Have you read this one before? If not where did you hear about it?
I haven't read it. I have a few friends that have read it and it's a New York Times best seller, so I looked it up and thought it sounded interesting. Hopefully it is!
OK, so part of my criteria is length - is it insanely long, or can I handle it? I can handle long, but not TOO long. Thanks for starting this - it's fun to have a reason to read again (so I really do miss studying - I'm a geek)!
Suggestion for reading:
A Book of a Thousand Days
Totally easy read, but really fun. I think it's actually a youth title, but it's good!
