Revival: an instance of something becoming popular, active, or important again; a restoration to bodily or mental vigor, to life or consciousness

Yes, it is time for another REVIVAL!

I'd like to kick things off in October with something to get our blood pumping, something reminiscent of the season (sorry Mel, I know you hate Halloween), something autumn, something suspenseful... maybe even a little spooky?

How about Northanger Abbey by Jane Austen? or To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee? or MacBeth by Shakespeare? or And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie? (ok, we're not going too spooky, I want Mel to participate!)

Cast your votes, ladies.... let it begin!

I'm always up for a good Jane Austen book! ~Shannon

The least spooky option is my vote - I don't want nightmares. But I'm all for the revival. How are you doing Miranda?

I think I would like Northanger Abbey or And Then There Were None because I've not read either of them! Let me know what the choice is. Sarah

We have two votes for Austen and to votes for nothing scary, so....

We'll leave it between Austen and Agatha until more votes come in.

Any takers for Novembers Book? December? Jan? Feb? I know you want to :)

My vote is the same as Sarah's Northanger Abbey or Then There Were None! So happy to be reading again! Now I just have to find the time!

Ok, I think we're going to end up with Northanger Abbey, but I'll leave the voting open until Sunday, so anyone else that wants a say gets it. Then we can start reading next week! Oh my... I can't believe next week is OCTOBER!

I'm in for either, leaning toward Agatha Christie.
